The property management section deals with the management of properties on
behalf of our clients. In many cases, these are properties that have been let
to tenants by us on behalf of a Landlords.
We however undertake management services to non-client Landlords who are not in
the country. Many of these are investors and businessmen whose work require them to be
outside the country.
For our lowest ever management fee of 3% we will manage, supervise, and provide all the services required for the smooth letting/leasing of your property.
We will provide tenants, collect rents and undertake certain repairs on your
behalf.
