House Hunters take every effort to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure and your information will only be available/accessible to member Landlords/Tenants for the purposes of finding accommodation/letting accommodation and to only authorized members of House Hunters staff. Our staffs ensures that all case files and client and candidates details are kept in lockable filing cabinets and are locked away at the end of each working day. This includes case notes, copies of correspondence, calculation sheets and any other sources of information. Only House Hunters staff can access these drawers and cabinets.

Disclosure
House Hunters will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes. We may however disclose personal information in accordance with legal requirements obligations, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety.
We may share personal information with:

• corporate affiliates who help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts.

If we or our corporate affiliates are involved in a merger or acquisition, we may share personal information with sister company in the Texxon (UK) Limited Group.
